How Coronavirus Covid 19 Crisis is Positive for us🤔
We are going through some very tough times which was never experienced before. But throughout human history whenever we have experienced such crisis, we have emerged stronger and built a bigger, better world for us.
Whenever we have fallen we have risen to ever greater heights.
Right after the World War 2 ended in 1945, the world started rebuilding. Many countries started developing their infrastructure, in fact, the the foundation of the modern day technologically advanced world was laid right after the worst crisis human beings had seen. Countries avoided direct war with other countries as the destruction of such wars on human and financial scale was already witnessed by all the countries during World War 2.
During the late 1990s and early 2000s there was a huge hype around Internet companies. A Lot of money was poured into these companies. Finally the bubble burst and the Economic world experienced a global recession in the year 2002. Many jobs were lost businesses were closed and pessimism was everywhere.
Yet these same situations led to the rise of Facebook. Google had launched its Google AdWords Program right after this crisis. Facebook and Google AdWords have completely changed the online world. Many people who were jobless started their entrepreneurial journey all thanks to these internet companies.
After the 2008 Real Estate crisis, the world yet again faced a severe global recession. These tough times saw growth and emergence of Twitter, WhatsApp and Instagram.
At an individual level, we can learn from the lives of many but I would like to site Walt Disney. He was thrown out of his job.
His boss said Walt Disney lacked creativity and imagination. Walt Disney went on to create “Mickey Mouse”, the greatest cartoon character of all time.
J K Rowling was broke and facing the worst crisis of her life when she was writing Harry Potter series. After a lot of trials and tribulations when she finally authored her novel, no publisher was ready to publish her work.
She didn’t give up on her dreams and and finally tasted success. She is probably the only Billionaire Author in the world.
So it is clearly evident that we have two ways to deal with any situation.
One is to nag, curse and blame others.
Second is to not give up, stay calm, look for opportunities and emerge victorious.
